Indus Bulk Logistics
Indus Integrated Bulk Logistics from The Netherlands will present their innovative solution (Indus Neva) for the storage, handling and discharge of Big Bags at the 5th edition of Seed Meets Technology at the Proeftuin Zwaagdijk on 25-27 September. After having the necessary experience on the implementation of their Big Bag solution at some large Seed Processors Indus decided to participate on this event for showing their Big Bag Handling Solution to other interested parties.
Reduced storage space
Due to the stackability of the Indus Neva systems (max. 4 high x 1.500 kg.) it enables to reduce the storage space in the warehouse of Big Bags with processed and unprocessed seeds.
Secured internal and external transport
The base part of the Indus Neva is bowl-shaped. The bottom of the Big Bags will therefore adapt the shape of the bottom part and will (also by the fixation of the lifting loops) be secured for internal and external transport.
Possibility of (dosed) bottom discharge of Big Bags
The base part of the Indus Neva has a slide (to be handled from the side) in the centre of the bottom part. This slide enables users to discharge (with a dosage possibility) and close the Big Bag for further emptying at a later stage.
Reduced storage volume if not in use
If the Indus Neva Systems are not in use or on (empty) return transport the systems only absorb a minimum of storage / transport space (reduction in volume about 5: 1).
Durable, hygienic and clean
The robust Indus Neva Systems are made out of plastic with a high impact strength (Polypropylene and Polyamid) and metal (Galvanized Steel or Stainless Steel). As the bottom parts of the Indus Neva are one-piece moulded, there are no hidden, hollow and closed compartments where (invisible) pollution can accumulate. If necessary, the Indus Neva Systems can be been cleaned very easily.
