Hoopman, your partner in seed enhancement

Hoopman is a registered trademark of Hoopman Machines BV.

Founded in 1911 as a local blacksmith in Aalten, in the Eastern Netherlands.

Now, many years later, it has become an international player in the agricultural, infrastructure, industrial and horticultural sectors. A family business with an important goal: Developing innovative Hoopman and Holaras machinery that add value, for and with its customers and partners. Providing reliable solutions, quality products and specialist service is in the company’s DNA.

Hoopman Machines has over 50 years of experience in Seed Enhancement Technologies. In 2006 Hoopman was started as a dedicated seed enhancement equipment division, as for before mentioned seed technology needs, it always had developed its own equipment. This has resulted in a unique set of highly appreciated tools for disinfection, coating and drying of seeds.

During 2015 all Hoopman production facilities have been fully integrated in the 20.000m² modern/clean/safe/flexible Hoopman Machines manufacturing plant.

Within Hoopman Machines there exists a tremendous amount of know how and experience in equipment manufacturing and engineering. The expertise regarding seed processing already exists for more then 35 years.

This expertise is now explicitely made available to the seed industry. We can offer you a range of sorting, coating and drying equipment, including project engineering and support.

Innovation and added value

To ensure innovation and creation of added value for the future, we are developing a demo-laboratory, where customers can test our equipment and develop their individual processes. This lab will obviously also be used for internal new equipment and process development.

Next to these internal developments, cooperation exists with other suppliers in the industry including scientific institutes, in order to ensure a certain breath and depth of our technology and catalogue.

Through mentioned cooperation with our customers, co-suppliers and institutes we try to secure to deliver to the industry, innovative, value adding products, now and in the future. Only in this way we can ensure the future of our own business.
