At the Hoopman E&E booth no. 24 we proudly present the LAUNCH, earlier this year, of a modular rinsing/disinfecting/drying system! Experience a demo of one key component of this system: the big-volume Fluid Bed Dryer, the BD300-1000!

The BD300-1000 Fluid Bed Drying System has the following key-features:

  • Developed for drying larger lots of disinfected, coated or pelleted  seeds with a batch size of approximately 300 ltr. product.
  • A seed container on weigh-cells and therefor 100% accurate, real time AM moisture control.
  • In (semi) static drying mode it can dry easily up to 1.000 ltr. of product.
  • Connected with standard (electric/water2air) heating/recirculation unit.
  • Perfect to perform cucurbit heat disinfection protocols.
  • Connected with separate modular air drying unit and in recirculation mode, it can deep-dry in a short time, independent of ambient weather conditions.
  • The exchangeable box gives you the opportunity to load/unload/store one box while the other box is being dried/heath-treated

The BD300-1000 FB Drying system is part of a series of modular, fully compatible, self-contained (batch) seed enhancement units. These enable you to execute basically any disinfection, priming, coating, drying protocol at all relevant capacities.

Please feel free to come and see this “State of the Art” dryer in action at our booth to find out more about these existing new seed enhancement possibilities.
