With more than 15 years of experience in the seed industry, we offer one of the latest technologies in seed counting: chaotic scanning technology integrated into precision counting machines such as Veloce and Precisa. This innovative system is engineered to count each seed, no matter the size or shape, minimizing errors and ensuring repeatable and accurate counting, going beyond the traditional counting methods.

Based on this technology, the Da Vinci automated hub manages seeds counting and packing processes, without human intervention. By synchronizing counting, bagging and sealing units, this solution automatically creates bags containing consistent seed quantities, while improving the overall operational flow.

Bottazzi Tech provides technical support services, both in-house and on-site. Our technicians are qualified to manage a wide range of instruments, including analytical and precision balances, platform scales and counting machines.

We are proud to be an Accredia-accredited calibration center 00243 for mass and weighing instruments and a VI297 Legal Periodic Verification Certified body for the legal periodic verification (D.M. n.93 of 21/04/2017) of NAWI (Non-Automatic Weighing Instruments). Through a collaboration with an accredited Laboratory, we can also provide periodic verification for AWI instruments (Automatic Weighing Instruments).
